Be Sleepy is chamomile loose tea that consists of five different ingredients straight from nature. Chamomile has an extremely strong anti-inflammatory and anti-hypersensitivity effect. Chamomile, unlike green or black tea, has a calming effect. In addition, it doesn’t contain caffeine and has been used over time to relieve sleep disorders. Scientists are convinced that sleep is aided by the light yellow plant-based dye apigenin, which has a calming effect on the nervous system. Among the other ingredients – ginger – contains melatonin, which has a calming effect and contributes to a peaceful sleep.<\/p>\n

Ingredients: Chamomile, Melissa, Ginger, Peppermint Leaves, Freeze-Dried Cherries.<\/p>\n

How to use it?<\/strong><\/h4>\n

For hot tea, add 2 teaspoons to a teacup, pour 200ml ~ 80-85\u02da water and let it brew for ~ 8 minutes.<\/p>\n

For iced tea, add 3 teaspoons to a teacup, pour 250ml ~ 80-85\u02da water and let it brew for ~ 30 minutes. Serve with lots of ice!<\/p>\n
