Hemp seeds contain the perfect amount of omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids for humans. Hemp (Cannabis sativa<\/em>) is an ancient plant which has been grown for its oil-rich seeds and durable fibre for thousands of years already. These seeds contain oil for up to 35% and have a perfect ratio (3:1) of omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids for the human body.<\/p>\n

Hemp seeds contain group A and B vitamins, vitamins C, D and E, magnesium, potassium, iron, zinc, calcium, phosphorus, and other minerals. The magnesium and high-quality protein in hemp seeds help the organism to stay healthy also during intense work periods and help to maintain balance in stressful times.<\/p>\n

Hemp seeds are an ideal source of protein and they contain eight essential amino acids. Also, they contain the only plant-based protein which provides us with edestin and albumin \u2013 two blood proteins which help us absorb other nutrients in hemp protein powder better.<\/p>\n
