It is the perfect combination of things that will boost our health during fall. The recipes were compiled by our super good nutritionist Julia.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><strong>What are the benefits of a health shot?<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Everything useful can fit in only one small shot<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Huge amount of different vitamins, minerals and nutrients<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Strong anti-viral and antibacterial effect<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Increases the resistance of the immune system<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Supports intestinal function<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It has an excellent anti-inflammatory effect<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Quick and easy to prepare<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>Powerful vitamin bomb<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This health shot contains a lot of vitamin C, which can be obtained from both blackcurrant and Be Healthy mixture. The last one also contains other vitamins and plenty of minerals. Garlic is a good superfood that in many cases is left out of people&#8217;s diets only because of the very strong smell. Don&#8217;t be afraid of it or take a shot in the evening when there is no need to meet people anymore. Garlic boosts the immune system, strengthens body&#8217;s resistance, helps fight parasites and is very rich in nutrients. Honey and garlic are a good combination, which have a strong antibacterial and antiviral effect.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">3 tablespoons of blackcurrants<\/span><\/li>\n<li>1 medium garlic clove<\/li>\n<li>0.5-1 tsp of honey<\/li>\n<li>1 teaspoon of Be Healthy<\/li>\n<li>If necessary, add a little water<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Add all the ingredients to the blender and crush. If the berries do not provide enough liquid, you can add a few tablespoons of water to make the shot more liquid.
